Why am I seeing N/A in Nine's guide data?

Our usual service regarding programs on Nine is subject to orders made by the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia. IceTV lodged an application for special leave to appeal the decision of the Full Court to the High Court of Australia and on the 26th of August 2008, this appeal was granted . More information can be seen in the News section of our website.

Ice TV is presently acting within the terms of the court’s order and will now move to prepare for the appeal. During this time IceTV's coverage of Nine's program schedule may contain N/A notifications.

We expect the majority of Nine's program to be available within the IceTV Guide and our normal high level of service to continue.
