REPEAT

On the west side of Manhattan Island, New York, an army of ambitious engineers are working on the biggest construction project in the history of New York City - over one and a half million square metres of space conjured from thin air. Spanning seven city blocks, Hudson Yards was home to 30 railway sidings for Penn station. But having paid US$1bn for the fresh air above the yard, an audacious plan was formed to construct a city within a city over the tracks.
