New series 12/10/21. In summer, temperatures soar in Seoul and Koreans start to eat differently to combat the heat. One of the most common summer dishes is iced noodles, or naengmyeon - ice cold broth with freshly made buckwheat and sweet potato noodles. John prepares his own version of Korean ginseng chicken soup and iced noodles.
